Very early in its setup of the Netherlands office. The workplace manager knew they would run out of space (within 18 months). To help manage the space use and understand the growth, it would be essential to plan ahead. To understand at which point they would need more space.

UCL

University College London, which operates as UCL, is a public research university located in London, United Kingdom, and a member institution of the federal University of London.

UCL had two challenges for Spaceology, firstly to provide sensor measurement to validate their new agile working programme. Secondly, to investigate the actual use of a specific group of lecture theatres.

Brookfield GIS

Brookfield GIS is the largest Facilities and Asset Management company in Canada and a player on a global scale. They are an innovative and forward-thinking company. Brookfield was looking for a non-invasive sensing solution with a reporting platform to help support their workplace strategies service offering. They partnered with Spaceology and had the solution installed as a pilot in their Toronto Canada head office. We deployed sensing solutions to the Brookfield client base in the Financial, Communications, Technology and Retail industries (Canada, America, Asia).

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

RBKC is an inner London borough with one of the most densely populated administrative regions in the United Kingdom.

The initial contact with RBKC came as a challenge from the facilities group, they wanted to understand how they used their space and who used the space.  The team wanted both utilisation information and a means to allow their staff to book meeting rooms as well as desks.  This all fell under their new “Workwell” programme.
